Zotefoams plc ("the Company")

The Company was notified on 17 August 2009 that Mr Richard Clowes, non-executive director of the Company, bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 August 2009 at a price of 69.99 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Clowes and his family is interested in 35,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
